Golden Beginnings was founded by addicts for addicts, We know what works and what doesn’t with over 65 Years of sobriety between our Team. As a former Addict I truly know how every failed attempt at getting clean, is also another possible brush with death dealing with the drugs on the street today. Having lost our closest friends and family members, We treat every house member with such thought in mind. We strive to offer all of our patients not only support but a sense of community by helping them discover a new identity in their sobriety. We do this by strengthening our clients from the very core and building a solid foundation. We truly Believe This all Begins with oneself through psychical fitness, and Learning healthier eating habits so one can become proud of and love the body they are in. Here at Golden Beginnings all clients are signed up at planet fitness(free of charge) upon approval and are required to attend the gym atleast 3X a week. Upon approval you will have 6 free personal training sessions with Our personal trainer/ and health couch to show you ropes and get you started on your fitness journey.

Attending Meetings atleast 3X per week is mandatory for all Residents. We do offer a car pool service to take all willing residents to a popular local meeting atleast once per day.

Every night at 6pm, the House leader will organize our required reading Via Audiobook in the living room. This is a short 15-30 minute daily activity to expose the mind to a wide array of different positive literature in the self-development Realm. Another stable of recovery in our eyes is education in all forms but for us addicts especially of ourselves, someone we have often neglected to get to know. we call this Self-Awareness. This involves learning new tools to understand the roots of our problems as well as the best ways to handle these new founds issues at the core. This is followed by a Free daily communal organic/all natural healthy homemade Dinner served 3 nights a week. Every sunday is the weekly Barbecue always hosted at a different venue, Attendance is REQUIRED atleast once a month by our Residents
